OK i have had a problem with the DAoC portal (please help)

I cannot log into any server i have tryed alot of things one of the servers admins sent me here to ask and i was wondering in there was anything i can do to get back on i know i havent been banned because i have tried every server

So what error do you get?

My basic advice: make sure you are patched to the latest version, and then replace your gamefile with the 1.109 dll.

Same things started to happen with me.
Ive COMPLETELY reinstalled Dark age of Camelot client and DAOC Portal & rolled back to 1.109.
After re installation the DAOC portal Updater pops up where I hit 'start' and it crashes...
If I ignore the updater and try to log into the server I get this error..

If game.dll is not found then you are pointing to the wrong directory or the portal does not have rights to see that directory. Check the path you have setup in portal to run the game.

I have everything the same and i havent messed with it since i stopped playing a couple months ago on freeshards so i dont know what I could change it to or anything.

If you rolled back to 1.109 you should have replaced your game.dll, in the directory above, with the one inside the zip or RAR file. Did you do this step?

C:\Users\Scott\Desktop\Games is what shows up but i dont know how to roll back its been a while sorry

But you are being incredibly obtuse. If game.dll can't be found now, putting this dll is not going to help since obviously either the directory is wrong or your installation is wrong.
