How do I access admin account?

I just created my first DOL server using the 1.9.3 r2018 version download and was able to successfully run it, log on to it locally, and create a character. However, I cannot issue any gm/admin commands. Every time I type one it says no such command. I was under the impression that the first account you create is automatically an Admin account (according to http://www.dolserver.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=8922) but I wasn't sure if that was old info or not. I also read in the release notes that there was an admin account created with the username and password admin, but that didn't seem to work either. Am I missing something?

First account is no longer admin by default. You have to go into your user table and change privlevel to 3.

Just for reference, the default Admin account (username admin password admin) doesn't work either?

No, it was removed because some non aware of this fact people make their shard accessible from the portal w/o removing/disabling it.

Really???? I dind't never think about that cause i was chaing my password in-game (by /password command ). I don't think that someone is so idiot to don't change psw xD
