I did not make most of these scripts, some were changed to better fit my server though.
The StormUniqueObjectGenerator script was edited to add ToA Stats & Random Procs and Charges from the linexspell DB (very fun

Other things changed (in the Override Stuffs folder) are:
The Block Chance Handler (this was before this was a Server Property).
CostumeSpellHandler.cs to make it work in every zone.
GamePet.cs to double pet damage.
StyleProcessor.cs to make PA damage alot more real.
MyPlayer.cs , this is my custom GamePlayer.cs , it has instant release, changed LeftHangSwingCount for certain classes, 10k extra RP for soloing, 60% chance to get a ROG Item when killing someone, RP Gain depending on the players RR, increased/decreased damage depending on the players class and 50% extra RP as a little "Easter Egg" for killing underwater.
Pretty much all the mediocre RA's have been made better (but not overpowered).
This also includes the following commands..
/ngg , good for giving NPC's armor fast.
/switch
/bountyhead <playername> <amount-in-BP> this is a fun little command which lets you put a bounty on someones head then when that player is killed they will gain the bounty amount in RP.
I probably forgot to mention a few things..
Later I will release the DB which has many bug fixes from 2500 but many custom things.
