Tails IRC Bot 1.2

Hey,

I updated my old IRC-Bot so it works with the current SVN.
The framework was originally made by Metty, the shutdown-script isnt mine neither (Etaew? ) the bot only uses it for its shutdown
Furthermore, I translated everything in the bot into English since the textes were in German

QuakeNet is not supported you will need an IRC network that has Chan and NickServ, sorry!

What else the bot can do?
1. Making annoucements
2. jumping players
3. kick/ban players
4. manipulating players
5. send messages
6. reboot or shutdown the server (.quit)
8. change plvl
9. player are able to use /gmcall to admins in IRC to get support
10. Just use .d &cmd and test what you can furthermore do, only remember that creating new objects, mobs and items isnt possible but besides of that a lot of things can be done with the bot

For installing the bot just follow the instructions in the readme.txt

Some parts were STILL in German and I changed the channel names to default names (#yourchannel instead of my channel). If you still find german parts please let me know Thanks
