DAOC Portal Website Updates 23 Sep 09

Added:
- A consistant right navigation menu has begun to appear on most portal pages
- Ability to search and find offline servers and view their information pages
- Cleaned up the front page
- Added downtime/uptime indications in percentage on the detailed server view
- Started cleaning up the server detail view, server status and information appears on the right hand side, with descriptions, comments, news and graphs appearing on the main left hand side of the page.
- Online / Offline status displays are now red / green
- Added ability for select DOL staff to change the DOL comment and the server group from a web interface instead of database directly.
- News is now generated when the DOL comment for a server is changed
- News is now generated when the servers group is changed

Planned:
- player server rating, vote for how good a server is, based on overall or specific points?
- player server comment/reviews (moderated?)

Changes are gearing towards the portal website being a lot more community orientated, and a central hub for playing across the servers.
