What is the user population of this server?

I have recently join up this server and started a characters just to relive the old days of playing Camelot (last I played was back in 04). My question is, how many people are actually playing here? I'm interested in getting in battleground or rvr in the future. Is there a population enough to allow some kind of pvp action? Last few times I was on and didn't see anyone from Hibernia at all. Also, is there a list of rules for this server? I haven't found too many info about the server at all.

Thank you for the info. I am enjoying the time here so far and grinding to reaching 50 soonest so I can participate with RvR. Still trying to remember the area to grinds... been so long. Anyhow, thank you for putting up the server and hope more people will show up.
