How to use Mod Manager directly?

Hey guys. i have problems with installing mods via daoc portal. Can you explain me how to directly use ModManager.exe from the Daoc portal directory?

When i start it, it says:

ModMgr.exe <path_to_game.dll>


How do i edit it to insert the game.dll location?

Start -> Run -> cmd

cd <portaldir>
ModMgr.exe <path_to_game.dll>
