Cant log on to Uthgard?

Sorry for posting here :( but it seems like the Uthgard site is down...

I deleted the client + portal like seven months ago due to time constraints and now that I can play again, I reinstalled everything but the login page says: "Your account is banned from this server type."
I never received any warnings or anything back when I was still playing.. so Im not sure how or why I was banned..?
I did try to log in a million times cause I couldnt remember my password :oops:

Any help is appreciated!

you need to contact the Uthgard admins

Uthgard is not an official DOL server so we can't help you

btw ... if the server says "Your account is banned from this server type." you don't need to try to login ^^
I will not solve your problems for you ... I will just give you a way to find a solution :mrgreen:
