[Storm] Account and password issue

Hi i've an issue with the DOL server. Indeed, i played several hours yesterday but today when i tried to log in, first my password was not available and then when i finnally reached to the character selection sceen, i had no characters. Somebody can help me please ?

Which server were you playing?

Did you use a common account name, i.e. would someone else have used it?

Did you connect to the same server as you did before?

You have not an issue with DOL, you have an issue with the server you are playing on.

Except if it is Storm, we *can't* do anything.
And if it is Storm, you have not posted in the correct section.

I was asking that for a friend, because we were on Storm and it's the second time that his character list is cleared on this server. He is ready to leave, can you do something. His account name cannot be taken, it's a personal one.
