DAOC Portal - View Server

I have updated the View Server entry to be a little less horrid to the eye.

The sub page links are now displayed on the right of the server, and the server information is displayed on it's own page, which now defaults view instead of the server description.

If you can think of any other ways to improve the View Server page, let me know in this thread.

Yes better ! clear, concise, good use of right side for menu.
