You can create the kin without anyone else, but just need to get 8 characters in it or it will go poof or something and I don't think they have to be on different accounts. My characters are currently the only active members of the kin I created on Brandywine and so far nothing has happened.

Oh and for me, I play a fair bit but that be mostly on Brandywine. My current schedule, which could change in Sept, is an evening/night shift with Thursday and Friday off so play anytime on those days but during rest of week I might get on for a couple hours but not until after 11pm eastern.

Each time I try and connect to LOTRO at the moment my connection drops, there are tons of threads with my ISP regarding this game, meh... reading more.
