3G Outside Connection Issues

heyas the boneheads at my isp dont even know how their own software works but heres exactly what is happening.

In DOL Config i have ip set to 0.0.0.0 which is fine in daoc portal both 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.20.100 show up as online
but my external ip address is showing up as offline and wont connect.

ive forwarded all my ports and allowed ports/program through firewall ( btw all works fine on landline at home )

anyone encountered this issue before with a 3G connection?

my 3G isnt run off of a normal wireless stick it is run off a Sierra Smart Hub which is quite like a broadband modem with a wireless hub built into it, so you can adjust all router settings the same as a land line router.

thx in advance for any tips im still on the phone with my isp trying to figure it out, keep yas updated if i find a solution thats nothing t odo with isp =D

are u sure your telephony operator is forwarding non-standard ports ?

I'm willing to bet you're behind some sort of carrier-grade NAT.
