Weapon crafting

I ran into a little problem as i was leveling my weapon crafting. The Dragonsworn gear requires Broken Dragonsworn Weapons which i have never seen. I looked up Broken Dragonsworn weapon in the forum search and it came up with the crafting patch notes that describe the broken dragonsworn armor is dropped from certain mobs. but it didnt say anything about broken dragonsworn weapons. Im hoping its not a unique mob drop otherwise im out of ideas cause ive been to every zone that i know how to get to. Unless its in some super secret zone where all the mobs drop crazy awesome gear and super amounts of money that someone never told me about, im thinking its not in game

also, on a side note. my woodworking stopped at 1166 while i was leveling weaponcraft. Didnt get the +200 point increase after 1165. it stopped there when i was at like 800 weaponcraft and i still leveld weaponcraft to 1000+ without a level gained in woodworking.

I've been playing on and off since this server launched and as far as I know the dragonsworn weapon crafting was never implemented.

Dragonsworn recipes were implemented quite a while ago, and the dragonsworn browken weapon/armor drops from the dragonsworn mobs in the dragon zones.

Mind you these are not items you would typically use to LEVEL a craft as there are items of same level that do not require these drops.

As for the woodworking issue, I don't see the problem. There is no need to get woodworking any higher as this level would allow you to make anything in woodworking line (believe everything is grey even).

I expect it stopped going up because you were making items that didn't use wood as not all items in weaponcrafting will raise woodworking. My crafter who started out as weaponcrafter has capped her woodworking at 1300 but do believe it was doing other crafts like fletching that topped it out since she didn't always use recipes that have wood in them.

Edit: I was talking regular Storm, didn't realize this was in D2 thread. The recipes I expect should still work if the items were available, but have no idea if they are. The information about woodworking still applies (based on Tola's response I expect he has not designed a reason for higher than 1166 woodworking).

No clue on woodcraft .. any wood trinkets that can raise it?

Not sure D2 has the weapons, might need to add a drop. Do you get a not implemented error when pressing on the make weapon button?

Nahh i think the last woodcraft recipe stops at 900. I was doin the same recipes from 0 to 1000. all required wood. maybe send me back down to 1164 and see if the +200 to the skill comes this time?

as for the dragonsworn weapons, its just the drop that its missing. not gettin the not implemented error like the horse armors. just says im missing the broken dragonsworn weapon. i can recheck the error to get the specific message if you would like?

Well that's good, I can add those. Wonder where and when they should drop? I'll look at the 1100 code to see if I did anything dumb.

What about adding it to the unique item merchant for treasure tokens? Or you could just add it to the grandmaster merchant, seein as you only need 1 per weapon crafted could be like 500 gold per broken weapon.

I was thinking a drop would be more fun, maybe every tower or keep lord has a chance to drop one?

Ok, fixed the skill display issue, you will now be awarded 200 free points when reaching 1165 but still less than 1365.

What about for the people that have over 1165 already? Is it a 1165+ thing? or it only happens when you go from 1164 to 1165?

The only problem i see in doin the keep lord drop chance is you have to get into realm first. Which is fine if you wanna keep them more endgame status i guess, but they would need something extra imo to justify the wait.
