"The game client could not be started."

Hey all,
so after nobody in the german board can answer my question...

Yesterday morning, I tried to connect to a Server. I typed my Account and Password, cliecked Play! and got a Message from Portal:

"The game client could not be started."

I played the Server the Day before 13h.

I tried to reinstall Portal, NET, Client, so I tried also a new OS and i have every time the same Problem.
Whats happend?

There was a problem today relating to IP addresses, it should now be resolved.
