NA primetime 8manning

So like many of you we are Ex-Daoc'ers. Havent played in over 6 years but are thinking about running 8 before Unchained comes out. What is the realistic competition level at NA primetime as far as teams running around?

Would it be worth starting up again is our question?

We know it is european heavy here, so wondering what the time is like for NA primetime. Let us know your thoughts guys...Thanks!
