Problems WIN 7 Prof

Hello everybody,

I stricly followed the support Vids to install. I reinstalled WIN fresh but same Probs as my old System. As i have installed The Portal ist starts i gave the program right trough the firewall and then i Update the Portal. After the update its closes and starts and loops again and again and restarts. Only Uninstall closes. Ich have Net Framework and everthing installed. And Help of u would be very nice

Sometime its shows a Terminate Button but i am not fast enough to read.

Try starting Portal with Admin rights (Right click -> Run as Administrator). It seems like it wants to update, but does not have enough rights to release open files or overwrite updated files.

In this case the program loads the updated file, tries to update - fails - closes - start again - tries to update - fails - closes - start again and so on.

Create a screenshot using the print button and paste the screensot to paint or so

I used Admin rights Full rights on Programm. Same problem here as ist flashes u only see that screen a mili sec it restarts without the error message that it does only when i hit a button or try to close it





And it has updatet allrdy first time after that it flashes

Check you firewall settings. Seems like Portal is not able to get the files from internet.

Thanks i disabled the firewall patched and then i reactivated it and it works now. Thx for quick help
