Unable to add Server to DAOC portal

Unable to add my server to the DAOC Portal.

Says username in use but will not let me log in with it.

daocportal.net takes me to a different page.

http://www.dolserver.net/products/daocportal/client/ this page takes me to a error page.


Please help.

if it was i wouldn't have posted.

It shows on there. It wont connect on the DAOC PORTAL servers.

It shows its offline when it isnt.

It cant communicate to there servers.

I cant log in to edit my server details as well.

This looks like the right place to post this, as I don't see an answer to my question. I am trying to make a private server on my PC.
I have downloaded DOL Server - Autobuild

I Opened DOLConfig
Full Server name Dawn Of Light
Short Server Name DOLSERVER
Game Type Test
IP is set to 127.0.0.1
TCP Port 10300
UDO Port 10400
Check in box next to Detect Region IPs
Region IP 0.0.0.0
Region Port 10400

(Database Tab)
Database type XML
Check in box Autosave Database
Autosave Interval 10 minutes
Greyed out area
XML Database settings
Directory: C:\xxxx\xxxx\Desktop\DoL_nightly\xml_db

I launch DOL Portal. Click on Custom Shards. Click to add server.
Name
Local test server
Description
My test Server
IP or Hostname
127.0.0.1
Port
10300

Click OK
Now it says (red dot) Local Test Server My Test Server 127.0.0.1 10300

I make a username and password click play. Get a loading screen. Then Hit esc to quit

So what am I missing?
