"Account banned from this server tile" error

Me and a few friends tried to log into the d2 server and myself getting this error message. Don't know what, if anything, we were doing wrong. Running version 1.109 and could pay on other servers, just not d2, the one we were planning on. Any help would be appreciated.

It's most likely a tablet driver, maybe a wacom driver? I will remove the ban now, let me know if it happens again.

Still happening. Got into character creation but after i finished there and tried to log in it dropped to desktop. Tried logging back in, Banned from server type again. I don't have any sort of tablet or drawing pad. Just a lenovo all in one touchscreen. Same pc I've played on 100 times or better. not sure what's changed.

Something changed because it identifies a client hack. Look for running services, look for tablet device, disable if you see it. I cleared the ban again.

Ok. on a clean install of Widows 10. NOTHING running except Video Card drivers, Audio Drivers, Raid Array Drivers, basic system services. tried connecting, played for a few hours last friday night with no problem. log in today from same computer, BANNED again. There is no tablet or any sort of extra programs/hardware running or connected. Me and my wife really enjoy playing on this server but can't. Last ditch effort before we just find another game.

Were you running Windows 10 before or is this the first time playing while running Windows 10?
