Location of Meshif in Act 3?

Hi All,

NPC location - Meshif in Act 3 please - i'd like to go back and give one of my toons in act 1 some items, but can't find Meshif to port back to act 2 to then port back to act 1?

Sorry a little slow to reply. He's down the hill on the left, I put up fence rail which you can follow.
