Hi all,

I worked on translations for spell related messages and spell info.
There is a new table "languagespell" to translate name, target, description and message1 to message4.
Also added: Translation of player starts to cast and has finished casting a spell.

Attention: Because of mob name translation I also changed LanguageMgr condition regarding language == DefaultLanguage. I have both set to "DE", so there is no translation --> changed it to language == "EN": Then the object will not be translated if language is "EN" (will be taken from DB), and will be translated if not "EN" (hope you understand, maybe I've done it wrong when trying to do some translations).
