New install of dolsharp and Mariadb, no mobs /l oot activate

Hi all,

So I've fresh installed MariaDB 10.3 and created a server from the latest public DB, all installs fine, and once I start the server I can connect and create a account and player.

However when I look at the server window, no mobs or loot loads in for any area? And also when I open up the DB in HeidiSQL 11.3 no new accounts or characters have been saved to the DB, even though I can reload DAOC and the characters will still be there ready to play?

I followed the Wiki on the DolSharp GitHub, along with the guide on this forum, but cant see why I cant see the new accounts or characters in the DB?

Any help on where I might of gone wrong greatly appreciated

Edit - If I run the old version of DolServer_net45_release all works fine.
