spell re-use timer bug?

Lo!
I've encountered bug causing some spells are taking incredible times to be reused again - for example spells lessen strenght (suppression) and blanket of darkness (darkness) .. character Mystic report timer of 90500 secs!

I got this reported two days ago first time, when it was at pet spell casting (since it's not yet part of DOL, I thought there is some problem with PetSpell handler, even though I wasn't able to find any such problem).
But those two spells mentioned above should work fine and they don't. In fact they don't use recast timers from the DB.

Anybody noticed this or knows how to fix it?

Just to add, after this first insane timer runs out, next cast of the spell has re-use timer that it should have. Alas I am not sure if it's next this spell casted from server start or of client being online.
