the first account created is the admin account, all the rest should be normal accounts
Wrong... I said all accounts created are admin accounts... and I want disable it... why would i post this question if only the first account is admin?
I repeat: All accounts created are automatically admin accounts. Please help...

go into your server, and into the gameserver folder, go to the bottom and look for globalconstants.cs file

as for the all accounts being admin, i'm not sure where that is off the top of my head

hi ! i have locked it because it is a common error ;)

now, let's dig:
1/ you really mean accounts, not characters ? all characters on the first created account are admins.
2/ could you look at the account table, field PrivLevel ? first account must have 3 (or 2 for GM), others must have 1
2a/ in case all account.PrivLevel are 2 or 3, if you manually put one on 1, does it work ?
3/ what binaries do you use ? svn or binaries 818 ?

(for 3/ erf owned by Stealth :DDDDDD)

gl !

@Elcholachoca: gameserver.cs only exists in svn (the source) download, not binary distribution.

Ok i didnt understand all but i'll try...

I can manually change accounts to priv level 1 of course but if i put it on daoc portal list many people would register an account and i couldnt manually change it one on one. (I hope u understand my english lol)

¿Whats svn?

Then i would like install a complete sql or xml database with all NPCs, mobs, objects... but i dont know, really i dont know how i opened the server, only installed the DolServer, wrote ServerShortName, Server Full Name, selected PvE and XML and clic on Save. Then me, and some friends could connect. But all they with automatically admin accounts.

Ok... Now i dowloaded a NPC Package from this Web but is in sql, i dont know where/how to put it in my server, im doing all manually since i opened it but for example i dont know how to make a trainer, a merchant, a teleporter... and is too hard make all mobs manually.

I had bad luck reading an english tutorial when my language is spanish...lol and is hard to understand u but try to help me please

to stealth: Thanks so much ;)

---Edit---

Ok now i installed the server as the tutorial says but only give me errors, erros, and a lot of more errors...

I run DolConfig.exe, selected PvE, wrote RedKnight as shortname, Red Knight Beta as full name, elcholachica as MySQL User and ******** as password (is the same as this account), MySQL Database: YourDB (didnt touch), MySQL Host: 127.0.0.1 (it refer the IP i have), clic on save and ok...al right but when i run DolServer.exe, It starts saying me *** doesnt exits..Creating.. all right, but in the middle of the procces, Windows error, Dont Send.

ah effectively :D

the best thing i can do is to invite you to download the binairies & the db dump here: http://www.dolserver.net/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=8952

then use this graphic tutorial, it could be easiest: http://ra.orar.ro/etc/DOL/guide.html

good luck !
