Request for CSS

Right now development on the new site is paused whilst I'm waiting for a solution to our large patch, if someone familiar with CSS would like to assist in finishing the writing of the sites stylesheet we can begin implementation of the features, the current status can be seen at: http://71.164.188.115/access/

We should chat ... I'd think we could get this done well and fast enough with CSS & some jquery JS.
