Here is the first live 1.87 patch note, it does indeed mention one can regen end while moving:

Please before trying to say something should be a certain way based on patch notes, please actually get the live patch notes not the pendragon ones as those are always subject to change thus often is changed in a later installment thus don't make it to live that way.

It would save us so much trouble in the go around about whether it is live or not.

When doing so keep in mind Pen notes usually get up to g or so before they go live so something that appears as a patch note 1.xb on pen is usually included in the original live patch note.

So... does we all agree with this ?

So... does tireless is removed, then ? Where is the patch note where it is specified all 'stylers' gains tireless 1 ?

COMBAT AND REGENERATION CHANGES
- The bonus to regeneration while standing out of combat has been greatly increased. The amount of ticks a player receives while standing has been doubled and it will now match the bonus to regeneration while sitting. Players will no longer need to sit to regenerate faster.
- While in combat, health and power regeneration ticks will happen twice as often.
- Each tick of health and power is now twice as effective.
- All health and power regeneration aids are now twice as effective.
- Fatigue now regenerates at the standing rate while moving.

I think you might be confusing different abilities, tireless as an ra has been gone for a long time.

Tireless allows regen when in combat and think it is like end 1 and doesn't stack with other end regens, but other regens will overwrite of sorts to allow higher regen rates. Tireless is gained by pretty much any style wielding class, I think at level 15.

With regards to current ras and end reduction there is long wind which still an ability which reduces end cost of sprint only.

Does this mean that pure casters now have full endurance regeneration same as other classes that already had it?

A: From the Redhead again: "No, they do not. The end regen they would have gotten while standing still out of combat (End 0) will now work while moving but not in combat. This is the base endurance regeneration that all classes get at level 1 while out of combat. Tireless, the ability that all melee classes have (End 1), gives back more endurance and works in combat. Both of these are overwritten by their realms endurance regeneration. Yellow endurance is End 4 and red endurance is End 5, which are both significantly greater than Tireless or natural regen.

"The only thing that has changed with endurance is that non-tireless classes will not have to stand still to gain end while out of combat."

Fighter Classes retain Tireless (Endo 1) , All other classes should receive Endo 0 which is the same as standing still , but it should now be working while moving and out of combat (Endo 1 works while in combat as well).

Sand I would have loved to initially linked the Live patch yet I had trouble finding it, I hadn't noticed it was a just a test patch at first and even then I assumed it would suffice. I took for granted that maybe most have possibly not played on Live servers for years, while the changes are still pretty fresh in my head since I've only stopped playing Live now for just about a year(8 months or so).I will try to be more diligent in my research.
Next I hope to find a more convincing source to the Necromancer Pet-Casting/Power issues although I don't think there is an actual article to represent these changes (because they are not in fact changes but class design) and I'm not sure whether or not there is a distinction that Logs would offer prove this data.

Infact : all fighter class got Tireless 1 with NF release , even Warlock got tireless 1 ..... for prove i ve read alot people whine about it ( why only warlock got tireless , Bug : my caster dont have tireless when my warlock friend has it etc etc - Gravenn that's on JoL - Jeux Online - biggest french mmorpg forum and site ) and Yes tireless regen endu while running ( i didnt say sprinting but running ;-) )
It does or not stack with endu regen buff : i never noticed it on more than 7 years of DAoC and playing alot of tanks ( main or alt ) , had my bb stick on my a** , or my wife playing her aug/mend shamy beside me , could not notice about it :-)

How long has it been since you last played? Many updates changes and fixes went in post-SI.I worked my way up with 3 different lvl 50 Necros (2 servant specced, 1 DS specced).Each had its own acct so I could always cross-powerlevel any toon on any of my 3 accts.It's possible the EU versions weren't as up-to-date as US versions.But I know for a fact that when I played the Necro there was never had an issue of going OOP in mere seconds.Again this is only happening with the Pet-Cast spells, power is being drained before the pet can actually cast the spells and where the shade cast delve is determined to be an insta your power disappears as long as you hold the key down.There was always a small(2-3 secs) relay before the command to cast reached the Necro's pet which isn't being considered here either.
