Refreshing does not work for me, I use Chrome and it still just shows a list of links. I actually think you should look into JS because of its flexibility; however, I'm sure on any other browser it will look top notch :)

Just tried it in Chrome, looks fine. I suggest clearing your cache.

I choose CSS over JS anyday because most people run with JS disabled :-) Plus its quicker. It sometimes takes a few refresh requests until your browser figures out you really want a new copy of the page. Ctrl f5 etc is good.

Clearing the cache worked, very sxy! & at Etaew you are right CSS is better in some aspects, I just know JS has some awesome libraries available making a more visually appealing control along with an array of effects i.e. jquery. You should make the corners of the menu rounded imo btw :D

You could also hold down the alt key while clicking refresh, in chrome. That's what worked for me.
