Refreshing does not work for me, I use Chrome and it still just shows a list of links. I actually think you should look into JS because of its flexibility; however, I'm sure on any other browser it will look top notch

Just tried it in Chrome, looks fine. I suggest clearing your cache.

I choose CSS over JS anyday because most people run with JS disabled Plus its quicker. It sometimes takes a few refresh requests until your browser figures out you really want a new copy of the page. Ctrl f5 etc is good.

Clearing the cache worked, very sxy! & at Etaew you are right CSS is better in some aspects, I just know JS has some awesome libraries available making a more visually appealing control along with an array of effects i.e. jquery. You should make the corners of the menu rounded imo btw

You could also hold down the alt key while clicking refresh, in chrome. That's what worked for me.
