On live you can get encounter credit even if you don't qualify for the artifact. I like it that way because it's sort of an achievement list for your character, you might not actually be able to get or use the artifact, but you can have a record that you've done the encounter. Currently, ours does not work this way.

Arms, Please avoid changing anything related to artifact credit. In this case you zeroed the credit cost, so the credit was free and also modified the item type.

Artifact usage is decided by classes lists on the artifacts themselves, not the credits. Anyone can buy a credit, but upon turning it checks the artifacts for class type and only grants credit if their is a version usable by the class.

This thread is getting rather long which is a good thing, as your providing a lot of fixes for the server but thinking maybe we should consider if there is a better way to handle this.

2) track the changes
3) update the changes
