Forgot to comment on last commit to .svn
Modified: After further testing adjusted artifact xprate to a better and slower rate. This can be increased through the artifact database to level faster if wanted.
Modified: After further testing adjusted lootgeneratorscroll to better settings to allow all scrolls to drop in Aerus. Scrolls drop per mob level and page 1 scrolls were extremely rare drops due to few mobs low enough level to drop those scrolls. Now better chance to drop page 1 scrolls.
