Cleaning of DAoCPortal and Forums groups

Hello folks !
I plan to clean the DoL forums group, to match the reality of the team.
I also plan to review the DAoCPortal ranks, to match the reality of the contributions.
I think i'll do this nea end feb/ begin of march. This is a good time for you to question about DoL & you.
DoL project need contribs to be better. It can take place in various way, in order of most wanted:
- code
- tools
- database
- documentation
