COMBAT AND REGENERATION CHANGES

- The bonus to regeneration while standing out of combat has been greatly increased. The amount of ticks a player receives while standing has been doubled and it will now match the bonus to regeneration while sitting. Players will no longer need to sit to regenerate faster.

- While in combat, health and power regeneration ticks will happen twice as often.

- Each tick of health and power is now twice as effective.

- All health and power regeneration aids are now twice as effective.

- Fatigue now regenerates at the standing rate while moving.

Currently all classes that use weaponstyles gain the Ability of Tireless , while all others (casters) receive no Endurance Regeneration at all while out of combat unless they stop moving.

That's interesting. EA is really fucking with the game since Warhammer, eh?

Not sure if that should be implemented as a logical change or not, but not up to me. ^-^

Edit: 200th Post!

Actually that change was made well before WH went Live(the change went Live in 2006), the only reason I bring it up , is that classes without Tireless have no way of regenerating endurance while they are out of combat aside from standing or sitting, mainly when traveling and using sprint then stopping to regenerate counteracts the reason for sprinting in the first place; to get somewhere fast. Whether or not it's logical its Livelike which is what we strive to be.

I guess you're right, however I don't think full rate regen would be the answer.

i don't remember the way the regen is handled, however i think we are on old mode, i mean moving is stopping regen.

If it was changed at some point , it got broken somewhere down the line, none of my caster classes regen endurance while moving.

Umm.. huh?
http://www.camelotherald.com/news/news_ ... oryid=2864

It clearly shows there should be *some* regeneration for classes that aren't able to receive Tireless.
And I'm only speaking of the fatigue regen , I think the regen rates for HP/Power here are suitable.

Meleers receive the same benefits as casters in respect of HP/Power Regen yet the casters are completely left out of any type of endurance regens while they are out of combat.

^ That's the link for the Pendragon Notes for 1.87b, which is not Live.

^ That's the link for the Live Notes for 1.87b. It states nothing about these Endurance changes.

ok there you go.
thx for playing :D
I don't know why you would try to contest this issue, it serves to benefit all player classes without the Tireless Ability.

I was reading through it, and your right. The benefits for this would be beneficial to everyone. Also your right about the endurance being regenerated, but only at a standing pace. So its regen's as fast as when you stand. But out of combat of course.

what it means ?

a) does tireless is always a RA you can choose ?
b) does tireless - if RA - cumulate with the natural tireless ?
c) does it means the regen rate is constant when you sit, move, stand ?
d) does it means the regen rate in combat = tireless ?
e) is tireless a reduc endu cost, such like warden or paladin, or a regen endu 1 ?

direct answer = direct code changes ONLY 4 YOU !

A)You cannot choose Tireless as an Realm Ability anymore.
B)Only classes that can use weaponstyles gain Tireless, I believe it does add to natural regen rate but only with Fighter classes.
C)Endurance is the only seems to regenerate when you stand or sit for Casters.
D)Tireless regenerates Endurance for Fighter classes whether they are in Combat or out of combat, it does not reduce endurance costs.

Thank you for looking into this.
