I need the Admin / GM Commands...

/cmdhelp should do you good. That is all the commands available as the set plvl you are. Example: plvl 1 /cmdhelp will not show gm/admin commands, plvl 2 /cmdhelp will not show admin commands, and plvl 3 /cmdhelp will show everything available to you.
Database problem? Yea I can fix that.

If this is YOUR server, then you obviously have DB access is what I'm assuming. If so:
-Open on your Microsof Visual C# program, go to commands, and you can click GM commands and Admin commands, and get every chain of command for your server.
If this isn't your server, I agree with Tired, use the /cmd command.
