- Bugfix: Mesmerize spells will no longer stack. All mez spells have been assigned to the same effectgroup.

Will stronger mez spells still over-write weaker ones? Should they?

guess no. They fail if the target is mezzed, and if not, you are with the immune rule (pvp) or initial time / 2 (pve)
