Cant log on to Uthgard?

Sorry for posting here 
but it seems like the Uthgard site is down...
I deleted the client + portal like seven months ago due to time constraints and now that I can play again, I reinstalled everything but the login page says: "Your account is banned from this server type."
I never received any warnings or anything back when I was still playing.. so Im not sure how or why I was banned..?
I did try to log in a million times cause I couldnt remember my password
Any help is appreciated!
