Nightmare and Hell Mode Mount and Core Quest Line SI

edit by Tolakram: bid was nice enough to provide these images which I've uploaded to my imageshack account. I'm placing them in date order below and leaving bids original comments below the images with the old image links removed.

At the end of this post is a code block containing all the image URLs, in case some intrepid soul wants to put them in the correct order!



































Charsi in Act I has a quest for all new Nightmare and Hell players. Go into the Corrupted Isles (SI portal) and talk to her sister, Darsi.

NM and HM Mount Quest
Speak with Darsi. Darsi tells you to speak with Henderson in the old keep.

Henderson tells you that his saddle has been stolen and asks you to retrieve it by killing Rakanishu

Bonebreaker
Jenla is asking for your help to kill Bonebreaker and hopefully stop the hoard of undead flowing into the isles. This quest is the first in the series of isle quests that will reward realm skill points instead of loot.

A Bad Memory (requires level 35)
Darsi has revelations about bad memories and tasks that need to be done again.

Undead Again (requires level 40)
One scout made it back alive from Aldland to report that Duriel has returned to a Dungeon near Krondon.

Desecrated (requires level 50)
A gravesite on the island of Inishail has been desecrated and is now an entrance to a vast cave system. Mephisto is said to be using it as his lair.

Kill Diablo (requires level 55)
Kill the lord of terror again, this time located in Caer Sidi. The way there is tough and you may need to be higher level to finish this quest. Completion of this quests grants access to Act V in Normal Mode area.

Realm Mode Progression using New Frontiers

You may do the keeps in the following order to avoid having to do all of the Normal Mode quests and acts in Realm Mode. The keeps rise in level following Normal Mode Act progression. Completing the Diablo III encounter will allow you to travel to Act 5 to complete the remaining Normal Mode quest line to kill Baal in Realm Mode.

Blood Raven Caer Hurbury Keep

Andariel Caer Renaris Keep

Duriel Caer Boldiam Keep

Mephisto Caer Benowyc Keep

After killing Mephisto, you will need to break the 4 seals on top of Caer Benowyc Keep

You have started the Diablo III encounter. You will follow the fire on the ground leading North West from Caer Benowyc Keep to Agramon Milegates.

Once through both of the Milegates, continue North West to the middle of Agramon where Diablo III's tower is located.

After taking down the door to the tower, prepare to face Diablo III

The Diablo III encounter is on a 30 minute reset timer.

no problem. i keep referring new players to this post to help them in their adventure through DAoC D2. if you see something that needs to be corrected please im me. i will also be posting the towers as i can get to them. if the picture size becomes an issue i will shrink them also.
