Again, what server are you talking about?

If you are looking for a npc like that for your own server, I am pretty sure there is one located in the userfiles.

Why should we add an extension npc? It screams i50 and free gear to me.

storm been i50 just for small time non of my chars are i50 i lvled them all from lvl 1

extension npc on storm be nice so can pad chest foot and hand pieces

I would like to see an Extention NPC as well. Its just a nice harmless feature to allow a little bit more character customization.
