DOL Website - SVN Changes

I've updated the SVN Changes section to be a little less aggressive to the eye, and added an all new pagination system from the forums.
The search is a little flakey, unsure as to why, it may be to do with the way posts are added into the database and not cached for searching, it will require some investigation.
