DAOC Portal - View Server - Round 2

I've just pushed round 2 of the View Server page on the DAOC Portal website.

- Most of the pages have been collated into one page, with better organisation of the information.
- Most vital information and links are now on the right hand side with better visibility.
- Edit server links are no longer buried away.
- A space has been added for a server logo, but this feature is not yet added.
- The ability for server managers to post news for their server is something that is planned.
- Links that take you away from the information page only offer you links back to the View Server page to aid navigation
- See Player History link will now display Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly graphs by default (previously you had to click links for anything other than daily)

I encourage you to visit Storms Entry for a good example of the changes.

If you have a bit of time, i suggets you to debug the menu bar, interlines between header and content, and font size for search box and donate.

Can anyone refresh the Portal site header ? I pushed this pic last year, but it is ugly
