Looking for NEW SERVER VENTURE!

I would really like to see a new server that is similar to Uthgard (classic rule set) with a few changes. Increase the xp rate SLIGHTLY (maybe 3-5x) and allow BBs for PVE only (for individuals that like to solo).
In RVR (endgame) I would like to see new frontiers style setting but all three realms only accessing the same realm (alb land for example). This would create a little smaller rvr map which would increase the action. Also it would allow all three realms to fight over 7 keeps and 28 towers. Now that there are only 7 keeps and not 21 and 28 towers and not 84, guilds would be required to claim and upgrade in order to keep them. DF would be open to the realm that held the most towers/keeps. Just a few ideas. Anyone like this idea??????

), but with my friends we are working on project server with classic rules. But not like Uthgard because Uthgard is a big customize server.. We will apply all old rules like live. I mean old icons, old styles, old class ( for begin maybe include SI later and perhaps other ), multiples accounts ( restrict 2accounts in same time. ) allowed for PvE zone and maybe for DF, old drops, old quest system ( epic and more ) and more like live 1.50 / 1.66.
