Crafting Q: Legendary Items?

Just making sure Leg. items can't be made so I don't have to waste money trying to make them blue con. hahaha. Thanks! :)

But most important part is not in.
Destroying a legy should bring you back the TOA-Material!
So you have to farm a ton of this stuff just droping from Highlvl Nameds.
OR You're such a lucker and got MP's after each first try! :p
