Its a German Forum but if you just go to the Formula Details you might have some Ideas for Programming:
Theres almost Formulas for everything in DAOC through the last years......

@Cthonic Try Google Language Tools. I browse some german forums with them. You have to guess at some words but it gets most ideas across.

Well as i said, the most text is german but the formulas are Mathematic:-:)

Well but to say, the Formulas are not all correct.
Example the AF/DMG Formula just provides an Idea, but is far from OK.

But there is a lot of good stuff wich might be 100% correct.

As for AF/DMG, i talked to Blue and are in the Middle of finding the Formulas.

I will submitt them soon.

I need formulas to calculate how much RPs and BPs player worth. Any ideas?
RP cap was killers RP value * 2?

edit:
"You earn 4 extra realm points!"
and what does this mean (formula)?

you earn bonus RP for what Realm lvl you are and if your guild have Keep claimed etc.

I could not find a formula... but I found this that might explain a little. (the formula has to to do with players level, and the players killer realm title and level.

A person's worth in realm points is determined according to a formula. The factors are the level of the player, and the realm level the player has attained. (A player level 20 and below is not worth any realm points, unless he has earned a realm rank.) If a group kills the individual, the realm points are supposed to be shared amongst the group. Let's say I'm worth 250 realm points

From personal experience in rvr... When you kill someone in a group, the realm points are divided through out the group. However someone running alone that kills another player will get full realm points depending on the person that you killed's level and realm rank. It also is dependent on your level... if the amount of realm points earned exceeds the amount you can earn for your level, it will stop at the max amount. (which brings another question: what are the caps for each level?)

i think there's more of a reverse cap. i know if you're 20 and kill a 50 you get something like 2k RP's

on Normal server you will never get 2k RP. If you are lvl 20 and kill a lvl 50 you will get around 200rp

i have a ss somewhere of my friend's 30~ish ranger getting 1700 rps from killing a 50 hunter

Guess you are talking about PvP server then. I have killed Alot lvl 50 on the US server in the new Frontier with a lvl 20 by using Oil at top of a keep (3000 insta dmg in a radius on 500 or some thing not many can take that dmg

) and the RP was never ower 200 but the XP was high around 1.5 Bob each kill.
