Hello all i have a problem with Another players on D2 i lvl with my vampyr in the old forget and become a instant dead for a lvl 80 player the player rezz me and kill me again is tihs not forbidden? or can i send the players for that?

first i must say that it is normal to get killed in the pvp area but on the other side it sounds like someone is trying to raise his kill counter. I have a feeling that i know that guy, please pn me his name, i wanna be sure about it.
