[Committed] Endurance Usage Buffs

Skald and Friar have endurance use reduction spells that, on live, affect the endurance usage of all actions, in DOL, they only affect combat styles. The Warden has a similar self-target spell. I brought this up in this thread:

I pulled my head out of my backside now and got it fixed. I had to change the spell type of the Warden fatigue spells to CombatFatigueConsumptionBuff from FatigueConsumptionBuff and add the spell handler and number in the globalconstants file.
I also had to add a calculator for the new spell type, which is just mirrored from the FatigueConsumptionBuff calc. That file is attached since the .patch didn't seem to include the additional file.
I'm still learning....so if something is gone screwy, let me know and I'll work on fixing it. I tested the fatigue usage with and without the spells on the Warden, Champion, Skald and Friar, and the end usage spells are working as intended.
Edit: updated patch file, removed the DB changes to the warden line since it will not need to be modified.

Here's the change for the descriptions, on live they specify the % value, but I just made it a flat description since the value is in the info box.

the end usage reduction doesnt work for sprint in my live experience. end reg on live might be higher than on shards and give you this impression

It does affect sprint, I'm certain of it, i'll reactivate my account and get video of it in the near future. The spell is documented as only affecting combat, but I've seen it and there are threads on vn documenting that it also affects sprint. Mythic either documented it wrong, or when they first introduced the spells, implemented it wrong. I guess the question is, do you guys as the developers here want to implement it as it is in game, or implement it according to the probably incorrect documentation. I'll sit tight until I re-sub to get the video done.

was just a throw in everything possible group to help take back mid relics..
Had 1 skald 2 hunters 2 sbs 1 rm if I remember

I ran out of endo pots so yeah

Hm? On live nowadays you just need long wind 1 with a improved draught of Endu for perm sprint what you said makes no sense... If it did effect Endu how did you run out of pots? Cause Endu pot + that chant should be perm then

Also I was on a friar the other week and it didn't effect my sprint when I didn't have a pot

please describe a test that will prove any of the possible outgoings by 100% that we can conduct with minimal effort. then i would be willing to do this. as i see it, we all only describe, how it seems to us. need hard data to settle this.
i think a simple, make 2 chars one will use the buff and one will not with 0 equipped items and watch who runs out of end first, will not suffice.

It'll show in the vid when I make it, with improved invig pot, lw1, and the end chant, fatigue stays at 96% if I remember right, when I deactivate the chant, fatigue starts to drop, not sure how to make it any more conclusive than that....have to ask the old lady for $14.95 to reactivate my account.

First three are pics of the delve, the herald descriptions are wrong, the next 3 are videos, baseline with no lw or chant, 25% reduction chant, then 25% reduc with long wind.

I would agree, chant certainly reduces endurance usage when sprinting.
I like that new interface, can't wait till we fully support 1.110
