Dawn of Light

Bracelet of Zo'arkat is no longer available for any class. While the encounter is still buyable, nobody can turn it in anymore (player gets a message that the artifact is not available for the class and the player gets the BPs refunded). Also the Quest is no longer available on Scholar.

Possible Reason:
Revision 3127 introduced a name change from Bracer to Bracelet and I think this is the problem. I did not find a quirk in the code, but I guess there is a mismatch in the DB.

I'll try to look into this when I am home. Should be an easy fix. DB has to line up with the code change. I bet there was no sql provided?
