(Live) Patch #18 - New bonuses, class spell improvements

Changes from Tolakram:
- Changed how the Thorns (attacker takes damage) bonus is displayed. Bonus will now read Attacker Takes Damage Of ## When Striking This Armor. In addition the damage done to the attacking mob is displayed in the attack log. Thorns is considered Thrust damage and resists will be applied for the attacker.
- Weapon weight is now based on Weapon speed. A weapon with a speed of 5.5 will weight 5.5 lbs, etc.
- A new bonus has been added, Increase Weapon Weight, which when applied will reduce the speed of a weapon. Weapon speed is capped at 8.0 regardless of the bonus increase applied. This bonus can only be placed on a weapon. This bonus can be found on trinkets Balanced Weights (all level 80+ mobs) and Heavy Balanced Weights (all level 90+ mobs in D2 Frontiers).
- A new bonus has been added, Increase Weapon DPS, which when applied will increase a weapons DPS until the cap of 255. This bonus can only be placed on a weapon. This bonus can be found trinkets Spikes and Sharpened Spikes
- A new bonus has been added, Increase Armor AF, which when applied will increase a piece of armors AF until the cap of 255. This bonus can only be applied to armor. Armor Reinforcement items can be purchased off of apprentice crafting merchants. Players have to have at least 900 skill in Armorcrafting to use these items.

Please note that due to a bug I've had to revert the custom spell line names given to Paladins, Wardens, and Vampiirs. /respec all to fix your character and restore all skill points. Spells modified for D2 will now have (D2) in their names.
- Vampiirs now get the hand 2 hand weapon line and styles. Vampiirs also get a slight increase in the number of spec points per level. Respec your vampiir to get the new spec points. Remember, for D2, Hand to hand and Fist Wrap weapons are interchangeable.
- Vampiirs get a new health regen at spec 65 in shadow mastery.
- All Vampiir heal over time spells in the Shadow mastery line have had their pulse rate increased.
- All Vampiir claws and direct damage spells now have a radius of 300.
- Wardens and Theurgists now get upgraded Pulsing Bladeturn spells. Instead of 10, 8 and 6 second PBT these are now 6, 4, and 2 seconds respectively.
- Warden self Health Regen and group Heal Over Time spells have had values tweaked.
- Paladins have upgraded combat heal spells.
- The Animist custom spell, Walking Shroom, now has a 30 minute duration.
- Bards direct damage spells have had their damage reduced, and recast timer also reduced to 1 second.
- Bards AoE mez radius increased. The highest levels of these spells now has a radius of 900.
- Minstrels direct damage spells have had their damage reduced, and recast timer also reduced to 1 second.
- Minstrels AoE mez (non instrument) radius increased. The highest levels of these spells now has a radius of 900.
- Minstrels ablatives have been improved.
- Skalds direct damage spells have had their damage reduced, and recast timer also reduced to 1 second.
- Skalds Healing Chant has been improved to tic faster and heal for more.
