Crash after char screen

Trying to play on a tablet. Every thing seems to work until I hit play. Any ideas?

Video not compatible? Do you have directX installed?

Direct X is installed. I'll have to do some more messing with it.

It was missing the HD driver. It works now. Very hard to play on touch screen.
