Unable to find runtime for this application

Hi,
After I reinstalled the Net framework 4 in my windows 7 32 bit when i try to launch the Daoc portal I receive the following error:
Unable to find runtime for this application.
I disinstalled and reistalled both Daoc portal and NET Framework but same result.
I tryed even to reistall an old Daoc portal version but it ask for Net framework 2 and it doesnt go forward in the installation.
Pls can you help me?

Go to th Windows 7 Configuration Panel / Add remove - Feature / Windows Component (sorry for not exactly names, my little memory :p)
Do you have .Net component(s) selected ?

You need to have .net 2, 3, and 4 installed. I believe the installation for .net 3.X will also install v2.

the best is to install :
- activate net 2.0 (intergrated and activated by default on official windows 7 releases)
- after reboot Net 3.0,
- after reboot 4.0,
- Windows Update
