Only by bat file?

A problem...
To use daoc in my dol server, I start the game by a .bat file, who uses game.dll
I saw some screen of peoples using the normal way (by the patch server)... of course changing the IP-target to 127.0.0.1
How I can do like this???

you have to start up all the servers and then copy the update.dat from the patchserver to your camelot.exe directory. Also, you need to update the camelot.exe that comes with the patchserver so that it's the same one that you have.

I tryed but none!
I copyed update.dat in my camelot.exe dir
I started camelot.exe but
"Control your connection's parameters"
Patchserver says "Server Started
PATCHINFO request from 127.0.0.1(1320)
PATCHER LIST request from 127.0.0.1(1321)
PATCHER FILE "/patcher/camelot.exe" request from 127.0.0.1(1322)
PATCHINFO request from 127.0.0.1(1323)
PATCHER LIST request from 127.0.0.1(1324)
PATCHER FILE "/patcher/camelot.exe" request from 127.0.0.1(1325)
PATCHINFO request from 127.0.0.1(1326)
PATCHER LIST request from 127.0.0.1(1327)
PATCHER FILE "/patcher/camelot.exe" request from 127.0.0.1(1328)"
Update.dat says "Mythic Patch
127.0.0.1:2323/patchinfo.dat
127.0.0.1:2323/patchinfo.dat
127.0.0.1:2323/patchinfo.dat"

Just to make sure... you need to sopy both update.dat and camelot.exe from the patchserver directory... thats the only way I got mine working

I get a different error message
I "enter" the game using the bat method, it loads, but when the black box appears, the message says:
"Your Client is Obsolete
Client version 1.45
Server version 1.40
Press ESC to quit"
I tried a lot of combinations (camelot.exe that come with the server, the game one, new, old), but the error is the same
what can I do ?

You need to update your actual game... run a regular update with mythic then try doing the fancy patcher stuff... refer to this forum topic...
