Remedy, Quickcast and MoC

Hey :mrgreen: I put up a new server last weekend with a fresh public database + fresh core so here are some bugs I have found with fixes.

This patch contains the following:
Quickcast fix. After using Quickcast the icon now shows that it has been disabled, credit to Stexx for this (http://www.dolserver.net/viewtopic.php?p=121042#p121042)

MoC fix. Currently MoC multiplies CC duration which is insane! a 9 sec stun turns into a 40+ sec stun etc..

Remedy fix. Currently the ability doesn't go on cool down after using it.. this creates a huge bug since it takes 10% when you start
the ability and refunds it when the ability ends you can go from 10% hp to 100% by spamming it a few times.

Sorry but, what version of DOL are you running?

i just asked my mate, concerning MoC, it seems solved (i know it was a bug in older dol versions)

The MoC bug was introduced by me...

When enabling the "5-Tier" Active RA system, I updated how the MoC value was returned, and changed SpellHandlers accordingly, but I missed the CCHandler...

i just asked my mate, concerning MoC, it seems solved (i know it was a bug in older dol versions)
It's a fresh core from 3 days ago, so should be 100% up to date.
