cant not sign into game... come up saying no record of user found

on genesis you have to create an account in the forum first. no way to go straight over the portal.

this error.. means no account found.. genesis did a 3 day rollback.. if you made the account at that time.. the account dont esist.. just login to genesis forum.. if you have no account.. make one.. then make a game account.happy rollback
