- Fixed: Storm Scrolls are now working again (yay !)
- Changed: personnal mount speed under lvl 35 is now slightly under speed5 warden/enchant
- Changed: personal mount speed over lvl 35 is now slightly under speed5 bard

Have fun on Storm !

Nice fix!
But character magic abillity cool down timer are inactive now.
So I can spamm my minstrel shouts until my mana is empty.
Seems something went wrong while fixing the scrolls :(

According to Charplan 1.114.1, Minstrel (and other classes, like Druid) have a base "Parry Ability" that enable the character to parry for a 5% chance (incremented by stats or specific buffs) but cannot train in this skill to raise their base parry chance.

On Live it doesn't display, but the new "Career" System doesn't handle "hidden" Ability, I didn't check if Minstrel is really able to parry on Live...

But anyway the "Parry Ability" isn't implemented, it's just displayed for character that I have copied from charplan, There is some change needed in the Parry Calculator to enable the base 5% for people having this "static" ability.

Ahh I see.
I just was confused because Storm is oriented on 1.95 I assumed.

I found one more thing > CL spell's shouldn't be affected by Dex or ToA bonuses for casting speed/range/damage.

I have absolutely no knowledge of Storm RvR targeting a specific version :) (and if it is maybe charplan 1.95 could settle this out)

But the trouble for CL spell's is a good one, they are handled like any spells that's the trouble here !

I totally forgot this specific behavior of Champion Skills, I must think about handling this in spec and/or spell casting :)

I had totally missed the disable skill code update with new career system :)

This is fixed now, a restart is shortly incoming...

If you want to test anything try skills that should have Shared Cast Timer, or use Ability and Realm Ability with Recast timer (they are now handled like Hybrid spells, I have seen no troubles around that...)

Wonder if these changes could have caused that Climbing Spikes (heavy tank abilities) do no longer work. It is thrown has delve but won't make u able to climb into keeps anymore. Since Infiltrators still can this won't be a keep-issue.

Edit: When throwing Fury (heavy tank ability aswell) my magic resists go down to negative values and i guess if i would throw rampage it may aswell not do what it should but in case of rampage i can not check it out.

Graaven, maybe i should get another sql-access and deal with some issues via Heid-SQL again.

Well but most certainly not on these ability issues since it seems somebody else was on it atm..

I didn't changed any "ability" or "spell" code in Data Career Update (Except some passive ability that used specific hardcoded gameplayer code... code moved to corresponding ability object file...)

It's mostly packet handling, casting sequence, or skill displaying
